Founded in 2000, TEA’s mission is to provide a central source for semiconductor thermal test chips and test vehicles, as well as thermal measurement instruments and services, for proper thermal characterization, simulation and measurement in the development of thermal management solutions for semiconductor devices, packages and systems.
